what does the net mean? im pretty new so dont really know thanks

    Net calories are what you ate (calories in) minus exercise (calories out). So if I eat 1500 calories today but burn 200 working out, my net is 1300 for the day. Is that what you meant?

    It's the number you get when you take the calories eaten in a day less those burned through exercise. :)
