I recieved this recipe from my sister and it is super healthy...
Feel free to make it your own...you dont have to follow any recipe directly...This is how i make this dish..

((???? Insert Name here???)) I just call it "that pork dish...."

Pork Loin Chops ( with all fat cut off) ---Cubed....about 2 to 3....
I container of Mushrooms....Portbellas or White...washed
1 whole pepper---Green or red or yellow or both
2 Tomatos ( Big ones or a bunch of little ones) ---Washed and Diced
I large sweet onion----Diced or cubed

1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
A few splashes of EVOO (Olive Oil)
Italian Seasonings
Minced Garlic
Basil
Thyme

(or you can buy one of those mixed herb packages from the grocery, The kind that come in the produce section) This is excelent chopped up all together....


1 Broiler pan
Tin Foil

Layer the bottom of your broiler pan with tin foil...
Put all cut up or diced or chopped pork and veggies in Bowl...
In a small bowl or glass with a fork or whisk mix all herbs and sesoinings with Olive oil and balsamic Vinegar...
Mix all ingredients together...Pretty much just cover the Veggies and Pork with the Vinegar mixture...

Broil till pork is fully cooked...I like it to get a little crisp...But so good...

You can serve these in Wraps or Pitas or Plain with whatever side you like...Low Calories and Low fat...I think this is only a few weight Watchers points...
