NSV for my health...

I have lost 32 pounds since September, finally putting me out of the "overweight" category on the BMI for the first time in... a long time. But that's not my NSV. My NSV is I've been feeling a bit lightheaded here and there and went to my doc this morning. He said it's from my blood pressure being too low. As a result, I am able to go from four blood pressure medications to three, and one of the three I am able to cut in half. I have been on a blood pressure cocktail of medications since I was identified with high BP in my early thirties. I lost weight before (sadly, this same weight) eight years ago and it had no impact whatsoever. But this time it did!
My scale has hardly budged in three or four weeks, but this is a victory second to none!
