Questions..

Hello,
I have not been to the gym in quite a while because of injuries and busy and complicated driving schedule. However, classes have started up again and I will be working a workout routine back into my life. However, i have really been watching what I have been eating. My question is some of my co-workers have complimented me telling me they can definitely tell I have lost weight, but I cannot tell, how come? I don't feel like my clothes fit any different, i have only noticed subtle differences in my body form for example, my arms seem thinner. I used to be tone when I was more fit, but have noticed since i've gained weight I have definitely become more flabby. Could this unnoticed possible weight loss just be because I haven't been going to the gym to tone up the "flab"?
