my dinner is more nutritious than wine and cheese, or mcdonalds!!!
home made fried rice with brown rice, egg, plenty of yellow onions carrots and peas, and just roughly 1 oz of pork.
with 3 oz lean round steak sauteed with mushrooms and broccoli (and a little sugar and soy sauce. not too much!!)
mmm healthy chinese food.
i think my lunch was healthier.
baked sweet potato with a light brushing of butter and 1/2 tsp brown sugar

LOL! I'm stuck on the moose. Is it a pretty lean or fatty meat. I would think it would be highly marbled because of the cold. Does it even exsist in the MFP database. What's it taste like?0
