Question about upping calories

Hi, So I'm an offender of eating 1200 calories and doing tons of cardio and very little weight training. I've averaged a net of 1125 calories / per week for the last 13 weeks and have lost 7 pounds and am completely stalled (need to lose about 10 more).
So yesterday I decided to up my calories to 1500 AND to start eating clean AND to do less cardo/more weight training.
So I'm at 120 oz of water and about to eat meal #4 (a protein shake) and I'm full and bloated. I still have 2 more meals to go!
I will have eaten 1430 calories when all is said and done today but with my weight training, I burned 186 calories, leaving me with a net of 1244.
So is this ok? Or do I need to force feed myself to eat back the exercise calories? I'm finally TRYING to eat more and yet I'm still around 1200-1300 calories.
I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times before. I am trying to lose inches to fit into a dress for my sister's wedding that currently doesn't zip and now that I've changed my whole routine, I'm all confused again. Thanks for any input.
