I've always liked celery (more the crunch than the taste) and have always disliked pickles!! It's all that vinegar. Not a fan.
  • With a tiny smear of natural crunchy peanut butter and a couple of raisins... Mmm!

I've discovered a new addiction; pickled asparagus. All the texture of asparagus with the taste of pickles! Delicious.

I don't like celery either, but I made a bean mix the other day (mixed beans, bit of avacado, bit of goat cheese), and used celery to dip, and it was GREAT! Sometimes you get little baby celery at the centre of the bunch, and they are so tender and yummy!

As for pickles, make sure you read the ingredients. Most store bought kinds have ingredients that you probably shouldn't eat. I only get them once in a while.
  • I love celery with fat free cream cheese, yum!
