Hello! :)

I'm Emma, 22, 5'5 and currently 163lbs. I joined on Sunday and have been eating quite well since then. (Fell off the wagon a bit today but not too badly!) I've cut right back from the way I ate before, and now I'm hoping I can make a real difference.

I'm hoping to lose 30-40lbs so I can feel happy, confident and healthy! I have always been very heavy though, my bones are just really heavy or something! I'm also quitting smoking at the same time so I'm really trying to turn my life around to be fit and healthy!

If anyone wants to add me for a bit of friendly motivation then go ahead! If anyone has any hints and tips for me it would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hello Emma! I am 5'5 as well and about 145lbs. I am struggling to lose the last 10 lbs of baby weight after giving birth almost 2.5 years ago :/ I work out regurlary but just can't diet. I really enjoy eating so i am trying to count my calories for the 1st time and hope this keeps me making better choices. i am on my second day of substituting lunch for a Slim Fast shake and crossing my fingers this jumpstarts the weight loss bc i am at a plateau.
