So I still have a very long way to go, but I am half way there!
I started of my whole adventure at 336 lbs BMI 54, I had an appointment with my doctor and they weighed me................................
252 lbs! A weight loss of 84 lbs! Ans BMI is now 42! :noway:
I was in shock, I hadn't weighed myself since I had a gastric band fitted nearly 18 months ago! Ideally i'd like to lose another 72 lbs, but this has really given me a boost!
I would love to add a photo but have no idea how to do it
