    Yes... I was panicked when I first started this thread... another failed attempt ( I thought)...

    But 11 weeks later - life still goes on and I have lost 14 pounds...

    So staying calm and letting time pass and staying on plan.... does work!

    BTW: Coasters rock! No Hands!!!
