fruity refreshing snack

i eat this snack when i get home and i'm craving something sweet. it also feuls me through my jog after school. it can also double as a dessert! i love it! here's the recipe:

ingredients:
one plain brown rice cake, no salt
1T weight watcher's whipped cream cheese
1T sugar free fruit preserves (such as red rasberry)
3 sliced strawberries
1/2 sliced kiwi

to put it together: spread cream cheese on rice cake. next spread on fruit preserves. top with kiwi and strawberries. enjoy!
