frozen greek yogurt?

I love ice cream but try not to eat it a lot and I just recently saw frozen greek yogurt at my grocery store and bought some. It was pretty tasty but more expensive. My question is it a good alternative to ice cream or just another health food fad kind of thing? I guess I just want some opinions on it and maybe what brands are good. Thanks!

Have you looked a the nutrition facts label? It's really not that great for you. If you need something to replace ice cream, I'd say go with fat free frozen yogurt. Check the labels. Compare calories, fat, sugar, protein, sodium. Note serving sizes.0

I did and I liked that it had protein in it but I really don't want to stand around the ice cream aisle reading everything so I'd like to be pointed in the right direction at least. Maybe I'll do some comparisons with that and other types of frozen yogurts0
