Looking For Motivation

I've always been on the thinner side of being a bit curvy lol. I'm looking for tips, friends, and motivation to make sure I keep moving towards my end goal. I've never weighed under 140 lbs without somehow being sick. Doing it naturally is going to be a long journey and I am looking forward to the way my body and hopefully mind will change. I see a lot of positive reinforcement and instruction, I'm down to take a little constructive criticism as long as it isn't cruel. And I would love to hear back from people who do Pilates and Yoga actively. I've always been a dancer, and I'm so mad at myself that I managed to get away from that.
Just message me, or friend me!! I look forward to the comments.

I'm working on motivation too. There's some good quotes and photos on tumblr that are inspiring. Also: music, positive affirmations, goal setting, and visualization are all some things that might be helpful to you.
In addition, I subscribe to some quote a day email services and I try to read them first thing in the morning. It doesn't matter if the quotes are specifically targeted at weight and fitness.
Of course, I think the MFP website and friends on here can be a great source of motivation too.0
