As many as you desire.
Half yellow onion chopped
1garlic clove minced
1 carrot stick chopped if desired
1 celery stick chopped if desired
red chili powder
In a pot add chicken with water. Let chicken boil. Skim off fat that floats to top.
Half an hour in add chopped onion minced garlic and chopped carrots and celery.
Then let boil until falling apart. Take chicken out shred add back to broth add desired
Amount of chili and season to taste. Delicious on its own. May serve with rice
or thicken and c an make enchiladas.
