Easy door #2 you only eat 11 inches of the sub. = less calories than door #1 where you eat half the damn pizza cause well it's there and it's pizza

Both of those sound pretty gross. The only kind of pizza that should have tomatoes and onions is donair pizza, but a donair pizza shouldn't have green peppers or peperchini peppers...whatever those are. And that sub would make for some really bad breath. Onions, cheese and banana peppers? Yuck.

    I do

    First of all, lol.

Secondly, I can get a footlong, no cheese, with turkey, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, banana pepper, and jalapeno with spicy mustard for under 700 calories.

With pizza, I'm eating the whole damn thing.

    I would guess grease.

While both might have many of the same ingredients - it about portion control.

One 6" turkey sub is about 380 calories. One slice of large veggie pizza is about 280 calories - however, not many people can eat one slice. Add meat to the pizza you up the calories and satuated fats.

So if you can control yourself to 1-2 slices - they are about even.
