Fruit infused water

I've seen the fruit infusion water bottles/pitchers and am thinking about getting one. BUT not sure if fruit infused water has any calories or sugar to it. I know you don't eat any of the fruit, but essentially your drinking some of the fruits juice. AND if it does have calories how would I add that to my food diary?

I think you would be better off just buying fresh/frozen fruit and throwing it in a water bottle. I do that a lot with things like raspberries and just popping them in my water bottle and shaking it up a bit.
I would look and see if they have a site online and look for the nutritional information and see what that has to say.0 -

This is basically what the bottle does. It has a place in the bottom for the fruit or whatever and filters in some of the juice to the water.
But I have no idea how you'd count it, unless you just ate the fruit that's left at the end of the day!0
