I don't understand what net carbs are used for. Do I eat them? If so what are the balance carbs for? I really need help. I'm getting frustrated and stuck.

Net cabs are really only important if you're doing keto (ketogenic diets which limit carbs). Net carbs are carbs minus fiber. People on keto typically limit their net carbs to somewhere between 20 and 100g net carbs. Things like fibrous green vegetables are primarily carbs but most of those carbs are fiber which isn't digested so they don't count those carbs.0

Carb grams minus fiber grams are equal to net carbs. If I eat 200 carbs, and they have a value of 30 grams of fiber, 200 - 30 = 170 net carbs.
I feel better and it has been easier for me to meet my goals if my net carbs are less than 150 a day, so I glance at the calculation.0 -
Are you meaning net calories on your food diary?0

Not important unless you are on a ketogenic diet or have diabetes.0
