Be honest with yourself cuz YOU will be the one cheated!

Should I log fruits and vegetables? What about hard candies that I just suck on? Yes, duh, log it all.
Should I log house cleaning, food prep or farting as exercise? No. If you didn't lift items heavy enough to be true strength training (e.g. baling hay) or get and keep your heart rate in the aerobic zone as you would do in "real" exercise, then don't count such daily activities.

Okay, you can all choose to do what you want. It's your life... but here's a bit of TRUTH coming right at you... If you don't log what you eat and you claim fakercise calorie deductions, the only person you are cheating .... is YOU!!! Just sayin'. We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming. <g>
