    I want to lose 10 more. I have been stuck at 195-199 for a number of months. I want to get stuck at 185-189. I'm down from 215 ish.

    any advise?

    Your quite an inspiration to me. I too started at 225lbs, with a little struggling I got down to 155lb. Then within a 4 month period of time I had two different miscarriages. During that time gained 20 lbs putting me at 175. My goal weight is 135lbs and am hoping to lose this 40lbs by my birthday which is july 18th. If I do, Great. If I dont thats fine as long as I get there eventually. Lately Ive needed all the help and support I can get. Ive really been struggling and Not sure If I can keep doing good. Yesterday I did well and today I am doing well. One Day at a time I guess :)
