Biggest Loser Bootcamp at 24 Hour?

Anyone ever been? What do I have to look forward too? Any tips?

    I don't know about 24 hour, but I do the Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD at home and it's total circuit training that kicks your trash. So I would assume it would work out every part of your body!!
