Find your own system!!!

Hello MFP family! My name is Jae and I have read tons of posts in different message boards. There are many different systems... low carb, low cal., working out 24/7, only 1200 cal. a day etc. The truth is that you have to find your own way of doing what it takes to lose weight or get those ripped abs. Find a system that works for you! Remember the weight wont shed off in a day neither will your abs form in a day. It all takes time and dedication. Enjoy eating healthy to become healthy. Learn to enjoy it. I know losing weight is hard. I have been struggling and fighting but I have finally found my way to do it. I would like to share this experience with whom ever wants to share theirs. Feel free to add me.

    The only advice I have taken from here is eat less, exercise more and buy an HRM. All three appear to be working. Everything else just confuses the bejeebus out of me.

    What has worked for me in the past was lifting heavy so for all you MFPers, that would be my only advice....it works! :)
