I buy 2 packages of drummets from the store. Wash them, put them on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil (or oil of your choice) Bake 400 for 30 min per side. just until they are browned. they may stick I keep yurning them 10 min before the time is up I sprinkle honey teriyaki over them. for less calories measure the sauce. enjoy! they are yummy0

i'm making these right now, and they smell amazzzing!! i also added some red potato and mushrooms to the sauce (and didn't marinate, just threw it all in a dutch oven).
