ratios? Big person settings

I have my ratios set toC 40%/ F /30% P/30%.

But last five weeks my fat ratios are above 35%. one week it was 50% I don't eat fried foods almost all healthy fats.
My protein has been under 25% each week and carbs over 45%
I have still been losing weight. I lost 5 pounds last week. 16 total in 5 weeks. I weigh 364 so still quite a ways togo.


Am i eating to many avocados, bananas. (I do eat the occasional cheese)? Is being over in fat percentage going to catch up with me?

Any big losers out there have 2 cents to throw in the hat. What were your ratios?

    I'm at 4O/3O/3O as well.
    Each day is pretty different for me [my diary is open if you care to view it], but I do try not to go over any of my macros. 16 is awesome for 5 weeks, we're pretty much at the same loss rate.

    Fat doesn't make you fat, don't worry about it.

    What you are doing is working for you so run with it. Our ratios are pretty much the same.....close to equal parts of each.
