Does it matter what time of the day I do my cardiovascular exercise? I would prefer to do it in the mornings but that is not possible at this time. So I'm getting it in at night but am afraid it isn't as effective as if I did it in the AM. Any thoughts?

    I don't think it really matters when you do it, because you will have the same results!
