    Are you using one that gives you the calculations of what you burn while using it? If you do then just enter a new exercise into the database from what you know you've done for the time duration that you've worked out.

    in the exercise diary.....just type in treadmill & it comes up.....however, sometimes i dont burn as much on the actual treadmill as this site says i should have......so on those days, i just make sure to change the calories burned according to my treadmill
