Hi guys, can you guys recommend a diet for someone like me?

waist 38inch
weight 214lbs
body fat 20.2%
a diet that won't make me feel weak. I followed the calorie intake here in mfp 1450 daily after 2 1/2 weeks i feel tired and week durinh strength training. It feels like im getting weak every week.
and please recommend a protein shake i can use for fat loss?

Its a very complicated question....An entire look at WHAT your eating is the most important, not necessarily how many calories you are consuming. You should have a pre and post workout 'snack' that fuels your muscles depending on what kind of workout your doing and make sure your meals have the right carb/protein and healthy fat ratio. If you are lacking energy, chances are you are lacking protein, and healthy carbs. Feel free to add me if you want anymore advice or have any questions And good luck!!0
