OH NO! Another TDEE question!

I hope that got your attention. HELP!
OK i'm confused.
I know my TDEE is 1815 with out exercise, 1-3X a week it's 2079 and 3-5X a week it's 2344. Which do I choose and if I choose the one that has my exercise counted in do I log my exercise? I hope that makes sense.
I know to lose your suppose to -20% right?

So lets say mine is 2079 X .20 = 415.8
2079-415.8=1663.
OK so do I eat 1663 and burn more or is that my net goal? Kinda high for a net.....

    Using the 2079 number it means your exercise cals have been added in. So, if you log them, don't eat them. You eat 1663 per day always. Hope that helps!
