This falls more into the Americanized Chinese food, but it is super simple.
Orange Chicken (Not Fried!)
Sauté two chicken breasts that have been chopped into bite sized pieces in 1 T. olive oil. Mix together 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce and 1 cup orange juice. Optional- Add dried pepper flakes to make this a spicy version of orange chicken. When chicken is fully cooked pour sauce over the top and cook over medium low heat until thickens. Serve with rice or noodle.s0 -
