Has anyone tried these? I do not normally use things like this and I am a little dubious about hings like these but they are seemingly all natural.
I just wanted to know if anyone has tried them and got results?
Thanks xx

Ok, so noone seems to have tried these, I thought i'd give them a go anyway, I started them yesterday and do not seem to have had any side effects as they are all natural. I will let you know how I get on at the end of the two weeks.0

OK so I have finished my course of Slimshots. I am not really sure if they helped me to lose weight, I did lose though but will have to see how I go for the net few weeks and whether I can give them any credit for weight loss.
I did find the morning one gave me a little more energy but I eat a good breakfast anyway, so they didn't make that much difference.
The lunch one was a pain to remember to drink 30 mins before you ate and I did forget that one at the weekends. I didn't find that it helped to suppress my appetite though, but seeing as you need to make sure you eat all your MFP calories perhaps it would be better for someone who struggled with portion control.
The evening one was ok, it tasted very sweet though and I didn't find that it helped with hunger after dinner.
Will not use these again as I really didn't feel they made that much difference. For somebody that it just needing to learn about controlling their portions then maybe it's a good idea.
Hope this helps.0 -

sorry you didnt get a bunch of replies. Sometimes it is the timeing.......but also you won't find many here who agree with diet aids.
Most of us have been around that block a million times and lost 10 then gained 20 to get to our obese size. I was one of them......tried all the OTC drugs........ended up in hospital one time.
This is the first time I have lost weight and kept it off!! 36+ pounds! I logged, I ate, I exercised. It is amazing to me to this DAY that is all I did and I lost the weight.
Well, that and get educated about diet and nutrition.
Good luck to you! I know you can do this!!!
