Oh my gosh my house smells so delish.... I love making this for cold winter mornings and we are expecting snow tomorrow after a 60 degree day today. This is a recipe from Emily Bites page.http://www.emilybites.com/2011/09/pumpkin-cranberry-apple-baked-oatmeal.html
I just made a batch and kept half for myself and the other half will be going over to my mothers house in a little bit. On the Emily Bites page she posted that this makes 8 servings. Since Im keeping half of the batch to me its still seems like quite a bit to have so I am going to also split that into 8 servings for myself.
Here is the information from Emily Bites
Yields 8 servings. Weight Watchers Points Plus: 6 per serving (P+ calculated using the recipe builder on weightwatchers.com)
Nutrition Information per serving from myfitnesspal.com: 246 calories, 37 g carbs, 8 g fat, 7 g protein, 5 g fiber
Now when I entered in everything and broke it out into 8 servings (per batch) this is what I got.
Calories 330, Carb 42, Fat 12, Protein 8, Sodium 184, Sugar 22.
My portion sizes are half of hers so I find this a very doable recipe. Plus then I can have alittle something else to go with my breakfast. Hope you like!
