Good Day! I say good day because i am a military member who is currently deployed. Being on this deployment, I am surrounded by great people who is really inspiring me to get serious about loosing weight. I love the way i look, but i would like to shed 10 lbs or should i say tone up! Here are some reasons why: 1.) To become more healthy and make right choices about things i eat 2.) To be comfortable with the way i look. You know the little section that you hide away because you are your worst critic. 3.) Just to prove to people it is possible to lose weight, and maintain a good attitude about it. I hope I can continue with this positive attitude i have been maintaining so far, but i never realized how hard it is to be on a diet. I never really attempted to be on one. But now i plan on being serious this one.

GLO7143...it's not a DIET. Just think of it as a modification to you normal eating habits. It is not impossible to do. I too was deployed last year and we worked out unwaiveringly and changed our eating habits (which wasn't that hard to do in Kuwait...yuuck!) Just keep up the enthusiams and picture yourself leaner, meaner and finer!!! Good luck.0
