Ow, pelvic bone pain?

I've started a pretty rigorous workout plan (5 days a week) of weights and cardio. My cardio is usually on the treadmill for 30-50 minutes at 3.6mph, incline of 0. Sometimes I experience pain in my lower right side, best I can describe it is where my leg meets my pelvic bone.
Today I over-worked it....2 hours on the treadmill, speed at 2mph and incline at 9.
I'm in so much pain!!! I can't walk, lift my leg up to put on pants, climb stairs, anything...
Any ideas what I did or what I can do?

Rest your body and vary your cardio.0

I'm right there with you, left side for me. It happened after swimming for 1 1/2 hours. My hip actually gave out while I was getting dressed. I recommend you get it checked out to be on the safe side. Diagnosis of me is that I strained the ligament that attaches the hamstring. Therapist says to take it easy for a week, and then start up slowly again. I'm finding that an Epsom salt soak is giving some relief.0
