Hi everyone,
As I drift off to sleep, I am getting anxiety thinking about what I will be eating/drinking in the morning. I generally have a severe drop in energy around 1 or 2 every day and I am sick of it.
What are some foods that you eat for breakfast/lunch that ensure that you maintain your energy throughout the day? Specifically, what are things I can put in a breakfast smoothie to give me a boost in the morning (I do not drink coffee).
Somewhat unrelated...
Also, how soon before a workout do you eat? What makes a good pre-workout meal?
Thank you!

Try googling for "eating for your metabolism type". I've just been reading this today and it's very interesting.
It's worth the reading.0
