Please help me, Iam so lost in all of this.
Reading here on MFP has opening my eyes to something that sounds incredible!
Can I actually eat, without starving and feeling the urge to binge, and still be losing weight???
Ive been on a diet all my life and Iam so sick of...
I starved myself down 36 kgs over 3 months when I was a teen, that was great to lose the weight but I felt horrible and have been ever since.
Except for when Iam pregnant and dont count calories and just eat with a good conscience, maybe thats why I gain 20 something kilos during a 9 month period?
Could anyone please help me with BMR and TDEE? I have already calclulated them as, BMR:1522, and TDEE:2358. But I actually dont understand how to use that information..How many calories I should allow myself?
I also read that someone got their libido back after increasing their calorie intake, and YES, I would love to experience the same
Oh and yeah, Iam nursing my 5 month old baby aswell, how many calories do I need to add?
