finely slice 2 savoy cabbage leaves
open and drain a tin of mackerel then flake the fish

splash some sesame oil in a pan and fry the cabbage and fish until the fish has some nice crispy bits
transfer to a bowl

splash a little more sesame oil in the pan
add 200(ish)g of pre boiled rice
fry for a few moments then crack an egg into the pan
stir until egg is cooked
add a pinch o salt

transfer to bowl with fish and cabbage
mix and enjoy
