Ramping up for June!

Going to a wedding in Cancun in June. Very close to my ultimate goal (after hovering around for the last year or two), but now I'm almost scared of going at this 100% because I feel I may lose steam before the wedding and end up gaining. Until early-mid March I'm testing the waters. Getting my feet wet you could say. Trying to figure out a good schedule that works for workouts and finding new foods to replace bad ones with.
HERE'S THE DEAL!
I work 35-50hrs a week waitressing.
I do not and will not get a gym membership.
I have an elliptical and a small set of free weights at home.
My neighborhood is very running/walker friendly.
P90X DVDs and Comcast workouts OnDemand.
Looking to lose around 10 pounds and tone up (specifically the abs).
Willing to workout 3-4 days a week.
Shooting for 1,200-1,400 calories, and a workout deficit of 300+
I will NOT give up drinking alcohol, eating bread, or consuming animal products.
Who is willing to be a motivational workout buddy? Now, or around March when I really want to hit it harder, possibly P90X style. I'll whoop your *kitten* if you whoop mine!
