Hey - research and getting ready.

Hi all, I am new here. A friend at work showed me this and mainly looking around at the moment. I think my biggest obstical to losing weight is not eating breakfast and lack of sleep. Did a check on todays food consumption including my dinner tonight and so far only had 900 or so calories and well under with fats, carbs and protein which I am sure is not good. I am going to have a food diary here for a week just to see exactly how much calories etc is in my normal diet and take it from there. :) I wish everyone here well.

    Welcome to MFP. I think you will enjoy it. There is lots of support here as well as a great way to track your food and exercise. Hope you will stay with us and find some friends to cheer you on in your journey
