Do I trust my Scales?

Have a set of Tanita scales which measure body fat%, water, bone density, metabolic age etc. Now I know these may not be that accurate in reality, but my logic is that even if the figures themselves are wrong the progress shown/changes should be representative of the truth.
Have started following IPOARM in the last couple of weeks and weight has gone up from 224lbs (2 weeks ago), to 228 (last week), and now 229.6 lbs. Now I am not overly disappointed by this as I read to expect an initial weight increase when switching calories up from around 1500 to around 2100. The figures this morning that I am unsure whether to take as real are:
Body fat % - From 25.2 to 23.5 in 10 days
Muscle Mass - From 160.4lbs to 167 lbs in 10 days
Metabolic age - From 45 to 40 in 10 days
Also bone mass has changed slightly (which is pretty much impossible from my understanding!).
So basically just wondering if people out there with more knowledge than me think these are realistic changes to have occured in a short space of time? As a note I always place the scales in the same place, and weigh at same time in morning.
So in short, accept it or write figures off as rubbish until next weigh in?

I'm not sure I would trust those numbers but it things are trending in the right direction week on week then even if the numbers themselves are out, you know you're heading in the right direction.0

I'm not an expert but if your muscle mass has gone up that could explain your initial weight gain.0

My question is more whether the amount of change is realistic, as this seems large in such a short space of time to me.0 -
Think am going to write off these results and weigh in again another day.0
