February Force!

Hello folks,
So the January blues are on the way out and this is the time that people give in and give up on dieting or keeping fit or take a 'break' (I mean really?!?). As a way to keep myself on the straight and narrow (17lbs down 20 to go!) I thought I'd see if anyone here would like to do as I've done and decide to go hardcore for February?!? Managed to whittle down in Jan by walking 5 miles a day instead of taking tubes and buses and by doing a juice fast, followed by low carb and now ADF. Next month my aim is to up the ante by attempting to jog! (if you knew me you'd know why that deserves the exclamation mark:) to work and back as well as incorporate some weights. Anyhow if you want an extra push (or would like to push me) come have a chat!
Thanx

I'm in! After a few weeks off over Christmas I have been logging pretty consistantly since New Year, but not working out as much and going over my calories quite a bit on the weekends. For February I plan to spend at least an hour and 15 minutes at the gym, minimum 5 days a week. I also am going to try and get back to pescetarianism at least for the month and see where that takes me. Also, no alcohol Sunday thru Thursday and if I want to drink on the weekend, I still have to stay under my calories. I initially started on MFP in September of last year and lost 20 pounds pretty easily. I'm not sure why I started to slack off, but I just realized that I still want to lose close to 20 pounds and summer is here in about 20 weeks so no more putting it off! A pound a week is totally doable, but not if I'm sitting on my butt, eating chips and drinking beer.0
