September first uk size 16-18 , today I bought my first dress since being that size I bought a 14 to be safe and it is hanging off me looks horrendous I measured myself checked the site and I need a size 10 oh my god I can't believe it THANKYOU my fitness pal cudnt of done it with it x

    Watching my cals, Marcos and lots of walking and I'm working on my bum so weighted squats. 3 times a week ..also cheat weekends to haha

    I know what you mean about buying a "safe" size and it being too big. I still find myself looking through size 10 and 12 racks. LOL! Way to go! :drinker:
