the treadmill :blushing: . :blushing: Hubby has been home sick for the last couple of days getting under foot. I went upstairs to start my workout and had only been on the treadmill for about 5 minutes. I had just increased my speed...headphones blasting, completely in my own world and hubby came in and scared me to death. Fell off the back, and landed in a heap. Poor guy feels so bad...and so does my leg :ohwell:
