NEED HELP!!!

Hey everyone I am just curious on what everyone thinks is the best video to get to help tone up and get some extra cardio on the days I don't do to the gym.

I currently do a 4 day body split with heavy weights and will start a cutting phase soon. I have completed the insanity program but it takes a toll on my knee. What other videos/programs are out there that I could add 1 or 2 times a week that aren't boring.

    I just done 4 days so far of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Challenge. In her video it is 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs. And it is only a 20 minute workout. It also has 3 levels. Don't know if that is something that would be an interest to you or not but I like it. And it gets you moving.
