I have been into weight lifting for some time now but I have felt that I don't push myself as much as I should. This month I did the 30 day Shred, finished this morning, and started taking a Spartan Warrior class once a week along with my lifting and cardio 3 days a week.

Well I pushed myself and I hit 135 on bench press!!!! Feeling pretty proud!
