what to eat?

ok, I need to eat 800 more calories but I can't have any more sugar or fat. What should I eat??
I can have more sodium and more carbs but just a teeny tiny bit more protein.

Potato chips? LOL! oh..those have fat.

suggestions? please? thanx.

ps: I'm not hungry.

ETA: I just read that I can actually 'bank' my extra calories! This is very cool. So, in other words, I can save these 800 calories for when I really want more food?

    what about vegetarian spaghetti?

    Asparagas (canned), lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, most green veggies. Do not add dressing. Drink water with them.
