need help can`t seem to lose a pound and i have a 100 lbs to lose.

    I have been trying to steer clear of carbs after 2pm. I have veggies and a lean protein. It seems really to have helped. I have 80 more pounds to go ( I started needed to lose 100 as well). Keep it up. Just give it some time. You can do it!

    I think it's like quitting drinking or smoking, dedication and hard work. It can be done and this is a great place to do it. Just keep moving and stay away from the fried foods and fast foods. The food journal is great, log every single thing you eat or drink. Be honest and post everything. You'd be surprised at what you eat sometimes without even knowing it.
