I was wondering...anyone know of something with less fat that could be added to tuna? I like to snack on tuna with crackers. Any suggestions?

Substitute half plain yogurt for mayonnaise in dishes like tuna, chicken or egg salad.

I like to use Veganaise....its dairy and egg free made from grapeseed oil.
I also use fat free cream cheese.

both work nicely and actually very well if you do half and half.
  • I like to add salsa to tuna

Fat free cream cheese and a little fat free yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder...yummy!

    Very welcome!
You can also mix in your fave salad dressing for some flavor.

I just use light mayo... a little fat isn't bad for you. I just stick to portions and enjoy the sandwich or salad.
  • These all sound like great suggestions! I like to "rotate" the flavors! Mahalo to ALL!
