Hello Everyone!!!

Hi my name is Harriet. I've been down this road so many times but this time I'm aiming for a permanent lifestyle change. I have started weightlifting as well a running and plan on reaching my goal weight of 140 before I start competiting in fitness modeling .That is my ultimate goal, to be the best me that I can be. I have also started my fitness blog to document my daily activities and meal plan and will start posting my progress pictures in 2 weeks.
