Day 4 of Jilian Michaels 30 day shred

I've started the level 1 30 day shred on Sunday 1/27/2013. The first 2 days were very hard, but of course I pulled through. My legs were soo bad! I've noticed today my legs are not hurting anymore and tonight will be the 4th day of working out. I have to keep pushing. I really want to lose this weight that I've been carrying majority of my life. My goal is to be in the 200's by mid February. Right now I weigh 307lbs. I really need to start taking measurements as well. Who has done the 30 day shred and when did you notice the results?
