Wondered if anyone knew much about this or are taking them? My sister (who is a cop and is active) takes them and really likes them. I def need to get on a multivitamin of some sort, and this one is also to help maintain weight loss, etc. Every search I did on it had great reviews, was just curious is any of you had any opinions! Thanks!

I like Trader Joe's Women's High Potency vitamin & mineral supplement. The serving size that will give you 100% (or more--it's pretty heavy on C, E, and the B vitamins) of the major vitamins and minerals is 5 pills, so you can tailor the amount you take to what you actually need. For instance, I tend to be a little low on iron and calcium. If I check my stats on MFP near the end of the day, and see I'm at 80% of recommended iron, I can take one vitamin to bring myself up to 100%, since each pill provides 20%. I'm usually close enough so that I only take 1 or 2 per day (sometimes none at all).
And they're only $10 for a bottle of 150. I don't think they claim to help with weight loss, but honestly, I wouldn't look to a pill for that.0 -
Great, thanks for the info! These were $18 for 120. If they don't seem to work or make me feel right, I will def look into Trader Joe's. We don't have a Trader Joe's around us Wow, that's great you can modify the amount, that is what I am looking for. I don't want to feel jittery, etc. I am sorry I meant on the bottle is said Dietary Supplement, not to maintain weight loss. I just wanted something to help me out with my immune system, facilitate metabolism, and give me liveliness for workouts.0

I love them!! That is all I take I think it helps support weight loss, simply because it is giving your body some nutrients that it needs.0 -
Thanks so much Kelz!! That makes me feel good about purchasing them! Can't wait to get them! So do you take 2 a day like it says to? And when do you take them, what have you found to be the best time in the day to take them? My sister says she takes them after dinner, but I was thinking after breakfast or lunch for the energy. I don't want to have engery later in the evening before bed, ya know? Thanks!!0

I always make sure I take them after I eat. I have them in my purse so I remember to take them usually at lunch. If I forget lunch, I just take them after dinner0
