Taco Soup with Shrimp - 207calories/serving!

My friends and family love this soup! I like to have a sandwich with mine if I'm extra hungry or a simple side salad.
Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn, no salt added
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can black beans, drined and rinsed
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup shredded carrot
1 pkg Miracle Noodles
64 oz reduced sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1 cube Knoor Caldo De Tomate Con De Pollo
1 medium chopped onion
16 large boiled shrimp, peeled and devained
1 pkg taco seasoning
0.5 pkg ranch dressing mix
Season to your taste with: garlic, pepper, cumin, red pepper, and chili powder
Makes six servings.
Full Pot:
Calories: 1240 Carbs: 192 Fat: 7 Protein: 64 Sodium: 13926
Per Serving:
Calories: 207 Carbs: 32 Fat: 1 Protein: 11 Sodium: 2321
Directions:
1. Add onion and carrots to pot with a splash of chicken broth. Simmer until onions begin to turn clear, stir and do not let liquid completely evaporate.
2. Add all other ingredients, excluding shrimp
3. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat for 10 minutes (does not have to be exact)
4. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done.
5. Eat up!
This always gives me that feeling of having had a comfort food because of the seasonings in it. Hope y'all like it!
